My work reflects the objects and transient nature of my childhood. I find comfort in the tackiness of my background, the plastic cowboys, the diner dishes, the outrageous road side attractions in Canada and the USA. Now, because of the time I spent exploring the Southwest landscape, I find myself capturing the images of the dramatic skies and landscape, while still finding the highway ghosts. Through painting, printmaking and mixed media, I continue to explore the aspects of my life in the wild, wild, west.
